1. The Giveaway
This giveaway is run by Bryce & Matty Pty Ltd t/a Hogs Dogs Quads.

The Buggy Giveaway is free to enter - you just need to buy something from our website! Every item is one entry in the draw! You cannot purchase tickets on their own.

2. How to Enter

• Entries are automatic when you place your order - no forms, no sign-ups.
  
• Every item you buy online at www.hdqshop.com between 12:01am on 1 November 2025 and 11:59pm on 31 December 2025 gives you one entry into the draw.
  Example: buy 3 pairs of shorts = 3 entries. Buy 1 hat = 1 entry.
  
• Entries are based on items purchased, not orders placed.
  
• Tickets or entries cannot be bought separately. The only way to enter is by making an online purchase during the giveaway period.
  

3. The Prize

• The prize is a second-hand, used 2016 Can-Am Defender HD10 buggy valued at approximately $20,000.
  
• The buggy is given away as-is, in used condition. No warranty or guarantee is included.
  
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  

4. The Draw

• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 2 January 2026.
  
• The winner will be contacted by email and announced on our website and socials once confirmed.
  If the winner can’t be contacted within 7 days, we’ll redraw.
  

5. Who Can Enter

• Open to Australian residents.

• By entering, you agree to these terms.
  
• We reserve the right to change or cancel the giveaway if something unexpected happens.
